Aluminium: A high-quality material
Alongside stainless steel, aluminium is one of the most important materials when it comes to high-quality, durable and hygienic products in hospitals and care facilities. The light metal has a very high strength and is resistant to corrosion, heat and cold. It is also odourless and 100% recyclable.
Transport containers and transport boxes must be of high quality, as they are often pushed around rudely in the hustle and bustle of everyday life or rub against walls or objects.

Spring base trolley (GFW)
The spring base trolley is made of anodised aluminium (exception: GFW23 is not anodised). It fits perfectly into the workflows within a laundry. The laundry or other goods always remain at a constant height and is immediately ready to hand. The spring force can be varied.
An all-round shock protection plate at the top prevents unintentional damage to walls and other objects. The two fixed and two castor wheels with brakes (diameter of 125 mm) make it easier to move the spring base trolley.
Special sizes are available on request.
Watertight transport containers (GTC1)
The transport container GTC1 made of aluminium is welded waterproof. The trolley base is equipped with a tap. Two fixed and two castor wheels (diameter of 125 mm) ensure easy movement.
Transport container with side wall opening (GTC2)
The aluminium transport container with side wall opening is extremely robust and dimensionally stable with low dead weight. An all-round rim and base-profile reinforces the container walls. The walls are strengthened with trapezium-formed pleats.
The two solid push bars on the sides are made of anodised aluminium pipe. The transport container has two fixed and two swivel castors with stop (diameter: 200 mm).
Transport container with hinged lid (GTC350)
The aluminium transport container GTC30 also has a low dead weight due to its material. An all-round rim and base profile reinforces the container walls, which are stiffened with trapezium-formed pleats. The transport trolley is closed by a hinged lid with two solid locks. A circumferential shock protection plate is located at the bottom of the transport container. The two fixed and two swivel castors with stop function have a diameter of 160 mm. There is a push handle on both front sides.

Transport container with foldable or lowering front wall (GTWK11-13)
The front wall of the GTWK11-13 series transport containers can be folded down or lowered.

An all-round PVC impact protection buffer mounted at the bottom protects walls and objects from damage.
Open transport trolley GTW
These trolleys are available either open or with a lid (-D). A 430 litre model is available with perforated side walls (-L). Please note: It is not possible to equip the perforated transport containers with a lid.

Aluminium transport boxes
Compared to the transport trolleys and containers, the aluminium transport boxes with a material thickness of 1 mm do not have wheels, but – depending on the model – cup handles or spring handles on the narrow sides. They can be safely stacked on top of each other. Transport boxes are available with lid (TKD) or without lid (TK).
Transport boxes without lid
The transport boxes without lid have replaceable plastic strips along the bottom. Cup handles are fitted to this model. 50, 82 and 122 litre transport boxes are also available as well as the perforated versions.
Transport crates with lid
Spring handles with return spring and plastic coating are mounted on the transport boxes with lid. The hinged lid has two solid closures and is equipped with a foam rubber sealing, which ensures dust and splash water tightness. The models TKD42 and TKD60 are made of textured sheet metal.
