Making work easier with multi-purpose trolleys
With a multi-purpose trolley, daily routines can be finished faster, more ergonomically and more safely. Heavy or large goods can be easily transported or stored on the different trolleys. Each trolley is different, but there are some features that all trolleys have in common.
Buffer plates
The multi-purpose trolleys with solid core and melamine resin shelves as well as the stainless steel trolleys are fitted with buffer plates as standard. These prevent unwanted damage to walls.
Frame
All frames have two integrated push bars, which allow easy and effortless navigation. The models SEM, SEV as well as the stainless steel multi-purpose trolleys are built from a stainless steel frame. This frame meets the highest standards of hygiene. The multi-purpose trolley “Silverline” is made of precision steel, which is nickel-plated and bright chrome-plated. A stable plastic frame has been chosen for the “Ecoline” trolley.
Wheels
All multi-purpose trolleys are equipped with four castor wheels, two of which have a stop function. In the models of the SEV (solid core shelves) and SEM (melamine resin coated shelves) series, the wheels are 125 mm in diameter. The non-marking thermoplastic tyres (TPE) have a housing made of galvanised sheeted steel.
The same applies to the wheels of the “Silverline” series and the stainless steel multi-purpose trolley. Stainless steel trolleys with pneumatic tyres are also available at extra cost.
The four castor wheels of the “Ecoline” series have a diameter of 100 mm.
Shelves
The shelves are the heart of all multi-purpose trolleys. They determine the payload, the place of use and the total height of the wagon. Multi-purpose trolleys with solid core shelves are water, heat and disinfection resistant. Approx. 80 kg are permitted per shelf. Melamine resin-coated shelves are not suitable for use in damp rooms. These shelves can also be loaded with up to 80 kg.
The “Silverline” multi-purpose trolley has chrome-plated mesh shelves, the “Ecoline” trolley is equipped with plastic shelves. The payload of the “Ecoline” model is 180 kg.
The stainless steel multi-purpose trolleys are characterised by special shelves: The welded, deep-drawn shelves have a circumferential and raised profile edge. So everything stays in place – even when things have to be done quickly. One shelf can be loaded up to approx. 80 kg, the total load is approx. 120 kg.

Silverline and Ecoline

The standard version of the “Silverline” trolley is supplied with 2 or 3 grid shelves. The multi-purpose trolley has four castor wheels (Ø 125 mm), two of which have a stop function. Each model is optionally available with edge grids (height 100 mm).
The trolleys of the “Ecoline” series have three plastic shelves. There is a version open on all sides and a model with three closed sides. The payload capacity is 180 kg.
Stainless steel multi-purpose trolley
The stainless steel trolleys are made of stable round tube with a diameter of 25 mm. The shelves are characterised by welded, deep-drawn shelves with a raised profile edge all round. One shelf can be loaded with a maximum of 80 kg. The total load should not exceed 120 kg.

All shelves on the stainless steel multi-purpose trolley are equipped with a noise reduction mat as standard. On request, the trolleys are also available completely closed.
