Aluminium – light and durable material
Those who rely on cabinet trolleys made of aluminium will receive an extremely high-quality material, which – in addition to stainless steel – is indispensable in everyday care. Aluminium is a light metal that is durable and has a high strength. Aluminium is resistant to corrosion, heat and cold, is odourless and can be completely recycled.
Closed module trolleys made of aluminium
The closed module trolleys made of anodised aluminium are equipped with removable module receivers and can accommodate modules measuring 400 x 600 mm. The GM1-9 accommodates nine modules, the GM2-18 accommodates 18 modules and the GM3-27 accommodates 27 modules. The doors can be opened up to 270° and can be locked in place by means of a magnet on the sides.
As standard, the aluminium module trolleys are supplied with two all-round wall stoppers at the top and bottom, as well as two fixed and two castor wheels with stops in diameters of 125 and 200 mm. All wheels are precision ball bearings.

Cabinet trolleys Aluminium
The closed cabinet trolleys made of anodised aluminium are characterised by maximum stability, strength and high-quality workmanship. The door hinges are maintenance-free and noiseless due to a special Teflon coating.
There are four castor wheels of which two are fixed (Ø 200 mm). The undercarriage is exchangeable due to a torsion frame it is bolted to. The castor wheels come with a stopping function. The two swing doors are three mm thick and able to swing out up to 270 degrees. They have central locking whilst doors can be kept open with the help of magnets, attached at each side of the cabinet.
At the top and base of the cabinet there are all-round shock protection plates. For easy handling there is a push bar at each side of the cabinet. The cabinets are equipped with DIN A4 and DIN A7 labeling boards, the shelves are removable.

GS130 / GS200 / GS250 / GS400
These cabinet trolleys have two removable shelves, the GS400 has three removable shelves. All models are equipped as standard with all-round shock absorbers at the top and bottom. They are supplied with two fixed and two castor wheels (with stop) with a diameter of 200 mm. All wheels are precision ball bearings.
GS150
This cabinet trolley of anodised aluminium is equipped with a removable intermediate shelf. The two hinged doors with central locking can be swivelled through 270° and have an attached magnet on both sides, which fixes the opened doors to the side wall. A solid push handle is attached to each narrow side.

- Content: approx. 150 kg linen
- The cabinet is equipped with DIN A4 and DIN A7 labeling boards.
GS202
The model GS202 corresponds to the structure of the cabinet trolleys already presented. Unlike the standard models, the interior of the GS202 is divided vertically. The right side is equipped with two removable shelves (= three compartments). The left side contains a clothes rail. There is one solid push handle on each small wing.
GS300
The cabinet trolley aluminium GS300 is perfectly suited for dirty and fresh laundry. It has two foldable shelves. The upper shelf can be folded to the back, the lower shelf to the front.
GS450
The interior is divided vertically. On the left half there are two removable shelves, the other side includes a girder support system for modules. Shipment times for this particular model may deviate from the usual terms and conditions.
